The Queen's Top 10 Diamonds: #4. The Girls of Great Britain & Ireland Tiara
It's the queen's favorite tiara, it's my favorite tiara, it's your favorite tiara...obviously, a place on the list of her top 10 diamonds had to go to the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara.
But it's not just a favorite, it's become a symbol. The queen has worn it so often, it's easily recognizable - it's even on the money now! Plus, it can play the diplomatic role, featuring in her landmark state visit to Ireland. It's a winner all around, and a much-deserved number 4 on my list.
